Woodland Wolf

I wanted to have a go at doing creature effects, so this is my first try! I've not really modelled much that's not hard surface so this was a change for me. Base mesh was modelled in Maya, a little bit of sculpt work in Zbrush and then textures in Substance Painter. The Fur was done using Houdini's fur tools and I have done a little bit of vellum sim with it that I'll upload also. Built the environment using Quixel Megascans scattered with Mash and then threw some smoke in from Houdini, finally rendering with Arnold. Comped with Blackmagic Fusion.
