Armiger Warglaive 40K

A little personal project that developed from Modeling my brothers Armiger Warglaive; I started with that and then added a Deff Dread for it to square up against. At the time I was modeling the Deff Dread I had just got hold of the new Blackmagic Pocket 4K so decided to shoot a whole bunch of shots of the models nicely lit; it was at this point I decided to combine the two projects! This way I followed the lighting style of the live action shots, with some purple/orange shades setting the tone.

Everything was handled in 3ds Max, I did the texturing in Substance Painter and used Quixel assets to help me build out their battleground with speed. Comped in Blackmagic Fusion.
